Condolence From: Allen D Bills
Condolence:
I just want you to know Officer Lucas. You are still on my mind. You left a mark of friendship that I will never forget. I'm not going to be in a hurry to be with you, but I do believe we will meet again and I look forward to that.
Your friend,
Allen

Condolence: Officer Lucas. You will always be one of my fondest memories when I was growing up. We rode together, well kind of. More like you chased me and my friends on our dirt bikes. I truly believe you had just as much fun as we did. You knew my name well and where I lived but never came there. You knew the difference of kids raising heck and real trouble makers. That's what separated you from some others, you always had our respect. Even though this was back in the late 60s early70s it seems like yesterday. If I wasn't living in Florida now, I most certainly would have came to meet your family and pay my respects. You also gave my father Howard Bills who started the Penfield Volunteer Ambulance Service many escorts to the hospital, he sure respected you also. RIP when I get up there, we can do it again.
In my thoughts always, Allen

Condolence From: Bruce Wiedrick
Condolence: I have truly lost a brother in the passing of Billy for sure. We rode together for MCSO for years, and had many fun times and adventures for sure. I could not have had a better brother, and will miss him dearly. Rest in peace brother, and when you get to heavens gate I am assured the Lord will have a brand new spanking Harley waiting for you to ride escort for him forever.
