Obituary for Thomas C. Booth

WHEATLAND - On June 6, 2022 at age 61. He was survived by his loving and devoted wife of 34 years Joanrae “JR” Booth, 3 siblings; James (Kathy) Booth, Priscilla (Hal) Lynn, and Nancy Rapone, several nieces and nephews, grand niece and nephews.

Tom was born February 15, 1961 and lived briefly in Colorado after graduating, then moved back to the family farm (Booth Farm) and lived the reminder his life there with his wife.

His job focus has always been property and farm management which led him to work for amazing loving people.. For the last 8 years he was a Farm Manager for Joe and Elaine Bucci. He managed the horse racing operation and all things to do with the horses and the farm. He loved his job, all the people that came in contact with through out the country and he especially loved the Bucci Family.

Tom will be remembered as a great person. He always put others ahead of himself, he was a kind, funny, loyal, loving to all, and made a friend of anyone he met. He was a devoted husband, to the love of his life, his wife. They were true partners, friends, and soulmates.

He loved farming, the outdoors, hunting, the horses, racing, his dog, cats, and chickens. He had a special way of connecting with them.
He was active with the (GVRDC) Genesee Valley Riding and Driving Club, and could always be found in the starting box for horses and riders.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was one of a kind. His nickname was "Lover" between he and his wife but all knew him as such because he was such a loving and kind man. His leaving left in all of our hearts.

Friends and Family may call Saturday June 11, 2022 from 12 Noon to 3 PM at Alhart Funeral Home 3068 W. Main St. Caledonia. Service and Interment will be held privately. Memorials may be made to St.Jude Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL, Memphis, TN 38105.
