My wife and I met Leon & Martha on a tour of Nova Scotia a year ago in August. We seemed to bond immediately with both of them. We kept in contact via email and we were even planning to drive to New York to visit them this year and let Leon and Martha give us the grand tour of the area - until the Pandemic ruined that plan. We never got the chance to get to know him more. So sorry for you and your family Martha.

Very saddened to hear of Leon's passing. I will remember Leon as a great neighbor and the few times he gladly helped me out when needed, no questions asked. Through Christmas cards I was happy to hear he enjoyed his retirement with travels and grand kids. My best to his family.

Martha, I am sorry sorry to hear of Leon's passing. He was always such a great guy, funny and had a good ear for songs and music. One of the things I hate most about this current pandemic is the social isolation. I miss my friends at Silver Sneakers and especially Leon. I would always quiz him about his t-shirts and the locations they advertised. You both had such great adventures and saw so much of the world together. He will be missed.

Our condolences to the Kransler family. Peter enjoyed the chance to visit with him in the past year or two at the lunches in Hunts Pub.
