Joyce E. Morrison, age 91, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2020.
She grew up in Caledonia-Mumford, NY where she met her love, Donald B.
Morrison and married September 29, 1949. Later in life after accumulating
a variety of farm animals on their small homestead her and Don bought a
small farm in Mt. Morris, NY. After retiring she and Don purchased a
camper to travel, they would travel to their home in St. Cloud, Florida in the
winter and home to their children in the summer.

Joyce loved music, she had a beautiful, soprano voice and loved playing
the piano. She treasured her children and family and embraced every
moment with them. Joyce had many interests, she loved traveling, bird
watching, she enjoyed teaching her children and grandchildren to cook.
Joyce always smiled and her infectious smile would light up a room.

Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Donald Morrison and their son
Christopher John. Joyce is survived by her sister, Betty Callan; her son
Stephen Morrison, daughters, Cynthia (Gary “Rags”) Myers and Victoria
Morrison; grandchildren, Michelle (Ron) Morrison, Maralyn (Joe) Watts,
Gary (Hillary) Morrison, Christopher (Lacie) Bertram and Marshall Bertram
plus 6 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and her nieces and
nephews. All these she loved and touched deeply.

Please join us for a graveside service at Leicester Cemetery on Saturday,
August 8th at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Livingston
County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation activities department,
