LEICESTER - July 24, 2020 at age 77. Predeceased by her husband, William Fox, her parents, Clarence and Clara Powell, brothers, Clarence “Pat” and Lawrence Powell. She is survived by her sister, Linda Powell, children, Steven Englert, William Jr. (Dawn) Fox and Cheryl Fox, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Barbara and Patricia Powell, many nieces and nephews.
