Ann (Criscuoli) Connelie

Caledonia-May 20, 2018 at age 74. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Peter, 3 children, Michael (Deborah Penoyer), Kevin, Deborah (Ron Gomez) and 4 grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, and Alyssa Connelie and Liliana Gomez. Ann is also survived by her brother (Brother) Anthony.

Ann was an active member of St. Columba Church in Caledonia, NY as a choir member, sacristan, Eucharistic minister, and lector. She was also involved in the Rochester Cursillo movement. In addition, Ann worked as a cook-interpreter at the Genesee Country Museum where she also sang with the Gennesse Harmonics Society.

Her greatest joy was her family, both immediate and extended. Her love was shared through hours of play with her grandchildren and passing down traditions to her children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She also enjoyed traveling, cooking, and sweeping floors.

Over the course of her illness, Ann was so touched by the abundant love, support, and encouragement that poured over her from all of you. She was humbled by the prayers and acts of love shown to her, and she gained strength from the love of her family and friends. Medicine extended her life, but it was love that helped her defy all odds.

Friends and family may call from 5PM until 8PM on Thursday, May 24th at Alhart Funeral Home. 3068 Main St., Caledonia, NY. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11AM at St. Columba R.C. church 198 North St., Caledonia, NY on Friday, May 25th with a burial immediately following at St. Columba cemetary in Caledonia. After the cemetary service, the family would like you to join them in a Celebration of Ann's Life to be held in the Keenan barn behind our house.
